Stealth on Nightblades

Before I played ESO, I was an EverQuest II Player who also played quite a bit of Elder Scrolls games! 
One of the things that I loved about both EverQuest II AND Skyrim was the way that you could utilize stealth. While I understand that the nature of the MMO that is ESO changes the dynamic of stealth as it was in games like Skyrim and Oblivion, I still loved the way that it worked in EverQuest II: Where abilities would utilize stealth to do increased damage, assassinate an enemy, stun an enemy, etc.
With this in mind, I went into a Nightblade hoping that I could get a similar experience... and was a little disappointed.
It seemed like the only reason to use stealth, at least by my observation, was to use the stun effect on Veiled Strike... which most bosses resisted. Or to lead off a fight. There really wasn't a reason to go into stealth otherwise during combat itself in dungeon encounters.
The reason that i'm posting this? I'm hoping to either get an assertion that this statement is true, or i'm hoping to be proven wrong!
Simply put: Are there any dungeon PVE specific stealth builds that utilize twin daggers? I'm not looking for the "best DPS Build evar", or for "Use a Destro Staff or get out"... i'm hoping to fulfill a concept here!
Stealth Builds that use Daggers. What abilities would make it worthwhile? Or is it as I observed, not really worth it at all for the reasons I listed above?

i strongly suggest you choose a magicka build if you want to be competitive and keep up with the rest of the classes.3 -

✭✭✭A magicka based Shadowy Disguise/ Surprise Attack based builds will not be effective in any end game pve group content even though they are OP for all non group pve content and some players can make them work beautifully in pvp. Simply put there is no reason I can think to use stealth/cloak in group content.
On the other hand DW/Bow good NB players are pretty awesome to have next to my Siphoning Destro/resto Dunmer NB in dungeons (which used a destro from level 8 from day one of early access). Actually they are my favorite DPS to have next to me in 4 man dungeons. However they are not relying on stealth at all and most players can't or aren't willing/able to actually play one of those effective DW/NB builds but then again I have seen atrocious siphoning NB players(Facepalm).

You will not convince most of the terrible DW/NB players that they are terrible anytime soon since they must be special and have an excuse .They will continue to cry for stamina buffs and magicka nerfs. I think we might as well let them be terrible and special.

Unfortunately this is correct. Other classes like DK do better with 2H simply because of their class passives. Though NB 2H is fun in PvP. Magicka build- either the funnel health build or crushing shock build is the only real option for max DPS for NB in PvE at the moment IMHO.
As far as people talking about AoE DPS don't even bother giving a damn about it. No one cares about AoE DPS. Anyone can do massive AoE damage. People want single target DPS because that how all bosses are pretty much setup. It is good DPS.
But I still think they need to fix Shadow Cloak. Just put it back to the way it was at launch.
Also, do something with haste.
Other than that NB is a pretty fun class.1 -

Bow isn't bad single target DPS. Especially with some of the NB DOTs added on.0
