You basically have everything you need on your first bar .... single target, aoe, healing, and magicka management. Second bar the only MUST HAVES are the execute and keeping Inner Light going. I personally like having the AOE CC from REstraining Prison available, not to mention it buffs my crit % greatly. If your team is aware to use Lightning FLood's synergy then that is awesome as well, but if they won't use it then it can be skipped. You also always have to be aware if you're fighting Daedric or Undead and get Evil Hunter in there whenever possible. Usually a fight is single target or aoe so I will swap in Evil Hunter in my first bar if possible. It is also acceptable to have it on your second bar if you are killing adds who will continually refresh it.

You may also need healing springs on your second bar as an ult generator if you're into that kind of thing. If you don't need the ult generator, I like to go Destro/Destro so I can swap Impulse to the second bar if needed and put a utility in my first bar .... either Streak/Evil Hunter/elemental drain/even Annulment if there is a big magicka attack I have to tank.

Sorcs are expected to DPS (and I guess CC as well in group dungeons - not trials) and be Negate monkeys so make sure you know when and where to negate and replace atronach ultimate with that.

Really all you need is that first bar (again swapping out Crushing Shock or Impulse if you know it is ALL single target or ALL aoe) and you are doing about as well as a Sorc can do. Rest is up to you depending on the instance and what you personally like (more surv/CC/utility).
