Supply and Demand, maybe someone would pay that, but as there are so many pages on the market now, its unlikely.

i just dont understand why someone would pay 500K for something that only makes them look different. even if you are a completionist... its 500K for essentially a new outfit. nothing more.

dwemer armor and weapons are among the rarest and most valued in all of tamriel. it has been this way in all elderscrolls games.
in morrowind, just having dwemer items was illegal, it was also against the law to sell those items. (imperial law)

"are dwemer items (especialy those of antiquity such as dwemer books on how to make dwemer armor) normaly extremely High in value?"

answer:
"yes, obviously and with good reason."

That would all be applicable... if the in-game mechanic reflected the premise. The dwemer motif chapters would have to be very rare drops. But since the chapters drop at a very common rate, there's no reasonable expectation that the market should or would compensate.
