Resto Heavy attacks can't be interrupted. is this intentional?

Whenever i bash soemone using a resto heavy attack, it does not interrupt them. idk other peoples experience, but that is what is happening with me. Was this in the patch notes and i just missed it? or is this some kind of bug? or are my bahses just missing? i really want to know, as its starting to irritate me

Brasseurfb16_ESO✭✭✭✭When I was playing my Argonian templar I was getting interupted by Venom Arrows, but that was a while ago. Note that if your target is under CC immunity effects like CC break buff and immovable it might not get interupted by your actions.0 -

✭It is not working anymore, I have noticed this quite awhile ago. At the moment you can only interrupt spell casting but not heavy attacks (not sure about other weapons other than staves cause I mostly try to interrupt destro/resto heavy attacks). Other abilities seem to interrupt fine but bash;
1) can't interrupt staff heavy attacks
2) earlier when it worked, you could interrupt targets with immovable as well (no stun though).0 -
