WW- 15% Stamina Reg. in Humanform?

Hi,
finally i got my WW and looked at the Skills and Descriptions. I have two Questions now.
1. Where is the 15% Stamina Regeneration in Humanform? I searched the Forum, asked my Guildmates but it is like Secret. What is happened, it should come with the 1.5?
2. In my Characterdescription stays, 50% more Poisondamage if i am shaped into a WW. Why i see the People saying the Debuff works in Humanform too?
Now i have to go, on all Fours, i am hungry and need a bloody Steak

Not sure about german werewolf 'buff' description (i assume that is what you see in game) but mine says on the character sheet "You can transform into a savage beast. Take 50% more damage from poison attacks." It says nothing about only taking the extra damage while transformed.

Hm, i looked at my Numbers after i was transformed, because i thought i get a passive Skill for the 15%. But i mean (not 100% sure) they were a little bit higher than before, i wasnt sure because i couldnt see a Skill for that.
The Text in German says for the Poison Debuff: Wenn ihr verwandelt seid, erleidet ihr 50% zusätzlichen Schaden durch Angriffe mit Giftschaden. In English it sounds like that: After you are transformed, Attacks with Poison Damage does 50% more Damage. Maybe it is a bad translate in German.
