There is a difference between struggle, and tedious. Farming for rare drops that are dictated by RNG, is not a struggle. It is tedious.

Then that means that... at least for the motifs, EP has it easiest. Because you can still get motifs out of those containers in non-vet zones. It won't give you any scrap... but... *shrugs*

The Dwemer have it best, it's already on them.

I was going to type this^ but read it and decided it was too corny, so I'll leave it in my brain for now.

AD has it best, the public dungeon in Bangrokai has VR10 mobs who drop high level loot besides Dwemer Scraps. I made about 50k in 8 hours looking for Dwemer Scraps/Motifs. I have found a motif for Dwemer sword and chest and enough scrap to make 6 Dwemer Frames.

So I think the drop rate is oke, as long as the urns, pots and jugs are loot-able. I read they're working on the problem that containers remain empty after looting mutliple Dwemer Ruins.

The public dungeon in Bangkorai is Razak's Wheel and it is located in the southwest corner of the map. There is another Dwemer ruin in Bangkorai named Klathzgar (?) which is located in the south/southeast portion of the map. It is possibly my favorite Dwemer ruin as it contains plenty of containers and Dwemer constructs.
