Follow Up Doesn't Always Work

The new Follow Up passive for 2h is great. But it doesn't always work. After I died earlier (not sure if that's what caused it), it stopped working completely, and only fixed after I relogged.

✭Not sure i've ever experienced this... I died a LOT and i still feel like it applies everytime.... will test later.
