Missing werewolf fur meshes?

So I tried 1.5 and 1.5.1 on PTS, and loved the new changes in regards to werewolf, especially the new look (looks like a wolf-man monster rather than a bipedal Tasmanian devil) but now that the update has come to live I noticed something different.

This is what the new WW looked like in PTS:

And here's what they look like in live as of 1.5:

I'm wondering if the removal of additional fur was intentional? I mean sure, in PTS the fur meshes were a bit blocky, but they still looked awesome. Now my character just feels naked without them (well, technically even more naked...) and it's sort of weird to look at now. Both these screenshots were taken of a berserker morphed werewolf. Is this a bug? (sort of hope it gets fixed if it is...)

It's also the same for a pack leader morph, and a guildmate says its the same for a standard ww. I do hope that this, and the berserker looking like it took a mud bath, are unintended changes, and will be corrected soon

I'd like to chime in to this discussion as well. The old look with the extra detail looks much better than what we have on Live now in 2025. I really want the werewolf model to receive an update.

    Greetings,

We have closed this topic as it was originally created in 2014. In many cases, it's better to create a new thread on a topic that you want to discuss as opposed to bumping one that is rather old.
