5 Pieces Set Passive

Hi all.
I just tested and the having 5 pieces of same set passive bonus does not apply if u complete the set with weapons of jewels.
Did someone else also tested this? So i can have 100% sure
Also is there a way con confirm what is your dodge chance or block cost?
I tested some addons for this but non worked

leandro.800ub17_ESO✭✭✭✭I did tested this with a medium 3 piece armor and 2 swords and it didn't give me the 12% dmg bonus as it does with 5 armor0
