I did manage to get this sorted out.
So ... <Ahem> ... I was doing some heavy testing (distant edge-case stuff), "monkeying" around with some of the settings in the UserSettings.txt, while the PTS client was running (a well known big "no-no" lol), just to see if I could break ESO
It did break, and I needed to repair the PTS client in order to get the /bug, /feedback, and /help portal up and running again.
Note: The repair was fully successful.
And no worries, I did manage to get all of my reports filed.
By the way, this is *such* an "edge-case" situation that no average user on the Live client will *ever* find it, so no worries there either.
