Saw this in http://tamrielfoundry.com/2014/10/eso-guild-summit/

9-trait item set, “The Twice Born Star” coming in Update 5. The crafting station is in Upper Craglorn

(2 piece) Increased Health
(3 piece) Increased Stamina
(4 piece) Increased Magicka
(5 piece) Allows the player to activate two Mundus Stone boons simultaneously. (devs confirmed Divines bonus works for both buffs)

Now this has to be tested probarly and be given feedback on. And the only way for this to happen is for us to be able to craft 9 trait sets without haveing to "manualy" research them first.

I am not going to spend close to 5 months on PTS to be able to craft and test this set.

I agree. The PTS character templates for Update 5 need to come with all 9 traits researched for every item. I would also like a box with all of the racial motif books so they can be learned immediately as well. This is even more important for Update 5 so that people can craft Dwemer armor and give feedback on it without spending countless hours in search of the chapters for the new motif or the ultra rare legendary drop of the entire book.

We wanted to give you a heads up, @Sunrock, that we have edited your thread title, as we don't allow demands on the forums. That said, this is a perfectly reasonable questions and we're finding the answer for you now.

If we can't craft Twice Born Star, the terrorists have already won!

Why this Craglorn station 9 traits? should it be 8 traits to keep to same level as Arena? Way game is now finding 9th trait is slow due due to being so new. I thought 9th trait crafting station would start in a new upcoming zone. heck how many like me only finishing up on 8th trait for all crafting on one toon this week?

Devs please ignore that comment. Great job on the 9th trait, it keeps us crafters a bit more busy. ;)

I agree with OP: Twice Born Star should be properly tested before it's released on Live. Mundus boons have had a tendency to be very buggy in the past and if that happens again, the whole nirncrux addition will have been for nothing.

I been playing since day one. ha woodworking complete over month ago. but i talking about completing all traits of all crafting skills. I expect buy time i complete Cadwell silver and gold I be at lvl 10 traveling to cyrodiil/craglorn with my guilds buds after i make them best gear the game can provide. far as i concern way things are crafting is useless if we just 'find' better stuff...

If you played sens day 1 and planed to research everything for all crafting professions you would have been complete with that a long time a go. Just do the math...

    Yes, let's do the math.

Both Blacksmithing and Clothing have 14 separate items and you can only research 3 items at a time. So, you need 5 full research passes to complete the research for all 14 (3+3+3+3+2). Ignoring for now the 9th trait and the slight reduction in research time with the 4th perk from 1.4), you need a minimum of 51 days to complete a single pass - something you need to do 5 times as mentioned above. Now 51x5=255 so you need that many days to complete the research for 8 traits on every item. December 10 is 255 days from March 30 so that is the key date.

The 4th perk added with September's 1.4 update shaves a total of just over 3 days from that 51 day total. I will be generous and apply that 3 day savings for September, October and November and round up. That gives us a date of November 30 for the first date when someone could finish the research on all 8 traits for all 34 item types - and that assumes no lapsed time between finishing a trait's research and starting the next one.

So how could a date 6 weeks in the future be "a long time ago" as you put it?

Oh and doing the math for the 9th trait and its 30 day research time cap gives us a date of April 29, 2015 as the earliest date someone could finish the research of all 9 traits on all 34 items, barring any future reductions in research time.

Except, people can do research on multiple characters.

For example, with my 3 crafters I will have between all 34 items available in 9 traits on the 19th of December.
    Thanks for your maths though.
