This may be limited to expired items but I've received a email from the guild store stating than an item has expired. However, there is no option for attachments and there is no graphic representing any attachment.
We went ahead and moved this to the PTS bug reports just in case anyone else is running into the same issue. We're glad to hear that it resolved itself with time, but if you happen to run into this again, let us know and we'll be happy to help!
