Does ESO need a Barber/Tattoo Artist/Face Paint Specialist?

With Movember right around the corner, does Tamriel need a barber shop to add an awesome mustache to your otherwise bare upper-lipped character?

Adding Tattoo and Face Paint since they are in the same section of character creation and if you're gonna add one why not all?

    Yes.

Someone suggested in another thread about this same subject the other day that the best way to add this would be to have an option on the character select screen where you can change details on the character that you have selected, that way you wouldn't have any strange in game thing that breaks the lore while also basically allowing the exact same system. Personally I like this idea more then any other suggestion.

That and it would be nice to change small details that you messed up with during creation originally.

Yea, I think we should be able to change characters appearance, hair style and tatoos especially. Though imo it would be cool if you couldn't change thing like scars. You could add some more not remove them. Once you go scarred, you never go back

Yes. 1. It's lore and in other ESO games 2. My character is an old crone, and I made her too thin, and not crone-ish enough. It looks like the head of a 70 year old on the body of an 18 year old. Sure, I screwed up, but it would be nice to fix, lol.

Yes it does need this quality of life fun feature. People like to change their looks sometimes.

On the women's side I'd like to see new hairstyles and makeup. Don't care about tattoos, which I never use, though I expect there are a few guys who like to wreck their female character's face with them.

If I want my long hair, which has thenceforth been flowing the wind without heed since day 1, to be tied into a bun or ponytail, then why not?

I would adore the option to change my hair and tattoos!

It's not a vital issue, but having some sort of system to change your appearance would be nice, even if for a fee.

I like my characters, but some day I might want a different hairstyle or beard, or maybe my Templar who hasn't been active for a while needs a beer-belly (or mead-belly)

Yes, this should be a standard feature in all MMO's nowadays.

Even more so in ESO with the 3 deletion limit which can hinder new character creation big time.

The "problem" with this continual attitude is that then this "little fun stuff" NEVER gets incorporated. No game is ever finished. No game is ever completely "fixed." So, you're pretty much talking about the first of NEVER for implementation. Whereas the truth is that it's generally pretty easy for them to add stuff like this because the coding most needed is already there, they just have to expand options. And paying attnetion to this "little" stuff will often keep quite a few of us engaged and hopeful and having some fun while we wait for bigger and better additions, fixes and changes.

As a brand spanking new player I have to say a big fat resounding yes.

I totally get the value of the character deletion restriction and it seems to work. After a few weeks of playing I've yet to see even a single piece of spam. That's amazing. But it has massively slowed me down and may contribute to my not subbing at this point.

Given you can't change your appearance after leaving the creator, it's vital you get that right at the start. Moreso with argonians than other races, I find that I need to see them in the gameworld where the lighting is noticably different.

With a 24 hour delay for every appearance attempt... well I'm still waiting to start playing an argonian. Two weeks in.

The ability to change appearance in-game - not for a cash shop fee thanks - would eliminate this problem and could spare new players a lot of grief.
