How much percentage does this heavy armor passive reduce the cost of Break Free with, when using 7 pieces of heavy armor? The tool tip has me confused about this.
Also, I assume it stacks with the Arena set bonus that reduces Break Free by 40%?

r.jan_emailb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Not at home to actually log in and check, but afaik it's 20%. Could also be 28% (4% per armor piece), not sure on this. Can't comment on the stacking thing, haven't tried Arena set on heavy armor.
