LAGS and CRASHES

The balance could be perfect, the classes perfectly matched and all the skills working as intended and no-one would be able to tell. Because of lag and crashes.
I have been here since Beta and the game has, since then, got steadily worse. It's as if every time you sort a bug, you add lag and 2 more bugs. Like (almost) everyone left playing, I can see the huuge potential this game has to be great. But it appears to have been wrecked by what can only be described as massive corporate arrogance: WE can launch this game without proper testing cos we r sow grate! WE can fail to notice that most of the rest of the world uses accents and such that Americans don't cos we r sow grate!

Thudunblundur✭✭✭You not noticed that they released an update for PvP where if you have umlauts or accents or anything that isn't standard English as part of your name you cannot be invited by character name (the normal system) but have to be invited by account name which has led to a lot of people very upset that they aren't being invited into groups?
A company failing to notice that a large part of its customer base doesn't speak English as a first language is quite...special, don't you think?
On top of that I was absolutely seething with frustration. Not going back to PvP for a while, that's for sure.
