Masters Books Chest of Craglorn Template not working.

This used to contain a skill maxxer book, which granted an additional 100 skill points as well as nearly maxing the allience war trees. Currently using this chest has no affect at all... granting nothing.
I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

    Not working sometimes. I tried many characters today, none of my new characters can loot this book. Zenimax plz fix this.

    considering this topic was started for the first PTS 1.4 version... im guessing they just dont care.

    I still sent an in-game /bug report about it. We'll see I guess.

    Looks like there was some sort of patch/hotfix today, but this still isn't fixed, at least not with an existing character.
