How is reflective scales supposed to work now?

I played my DK for the first time in a long time the other day and noticed that physical attacks like venom arrow, flying blade, snipe etc. were penetrating the scales.
Is this how the ability is supposed to be working now?
I have to ask because I didn't see it in the patch notes and therefore have to question whether there is a new bug with it after they fiddled with it prior to this patch.

Brasseurfb16_ESO✭✭✭✭I did some PvP yesterday and I can definitly tell you those dragon scales were reflecting my Venom and Lethal Arrows back at me when I wasn't paying enough attention to my opponent clues.0 -

✭✭✭✭I know that initial attacks from stealth will penetrate it for some reason. Also if a DK shoots it, and you reflect it, and then he reflects it back it will land on you.Edited by Armitas on 6 October 2014 21:20Retired.
