From memory it was all about cc. Have your Fighter's Guild crossbow at the ready to knock him down. Then ignore your parent's advice and kick him hard while he is on the ground.

Pretty sure the crossbow worked for me but it was awhile ago. I just remember finding a cc skill that worked and the fight became easier. Otherwise make sure to kite, stay out of the red, kill his adds, have a heal on your bar and avoid being caught in a corner because you can be trapped by him and his adds combined.
