This "Fort" was not there when I originally completed Deshaan. I found it when I was back there fishing. Not sure when they added it but it does seem to not yet have a purpose. I called it a "manor" and was hoping it had something to do with Thieves' Guild or DB.

There is a similar structure in Stormhaven. It looks like an Orc Stronghold or something, and it has a lot of banners with hammers. It's also not enterable.

After my four time questing through this area for a new character, I just had to get into this fort or estate, and I figured out how to do it.

The estate located at the far most south east corner of the Deshaan zone. It has walls all around it and the doors don't work. I can find no quest associated with it. But I wanted to get inside, just because its there.

So on the outside of the east wall there is this huge rock that is level with the wall, so all you need to do is climb the rock, point your character at the wall, and select the streak ability and like magic, you are teleported to the top of the wall.

Once on the wall you can go into the estate, but nothing works, no looting, no doors, etc, but hey, you made it where few have gone before.

I saw no old footsteps so maybe I was the first one inside. I should of gotten an achievement for thinking outside the box.

If you not a Sorcerer, than you will need to something like streak because jumping won't work.
