For me ESO does not compare in how it makes me feel. I was pretty infatuated with this for a month, a month and a half, but over time my infatuation for the game as waned. Don't get me wrong. I have not even gotten a single character to lv 50 yet and there is a LOT of things I could be doing in ESO. But for me at this moment in time it is missing that tangible quality that makes you stay, and play and play and play some more that any good MMO has. My big MMO love is actually LOTRO, and I stopped playing that for the most part for this but I have even been on that more than I have been on ESO the last month or 2. Because it has that tangible thing, it has charisma. ESO lacks charisma, and until it gets that, and the specific tangible feel to it that states you are doing something special, and epic and wonderful it will not make the splash the amount of effort and work that has gone into this game demands it to make. So what exactly do I mean by charisma? Well a start would be maybe some form of attire system? Maybe a much improved character design feature, with many more options?
Just a point. Nothing more.
Morrowind > ESO.

Champions system.....
At the moment you are pretty much just another NB DK Sorc or Temp. Same skills, same damage, same defense, same gear.
The touted "be who you want to be doesn't really exist".
All this changes with the champion system.
Now you get to be unique....and by being unique in a way no one else is...you become a one off...something special. Someone that brings themselves to the table and not just another one of those 4 classes.
