How does it work?
I tired the shrine of Stuhn and Stendarr, but they don't give me the option to respec the morphs, only the normal option to respec everything.
Bug or am i doing it wrong?

I used the shrine of Stuhn earlier and it gave me the option to do skills for 10k and morphs for 1k.
Not sure why some people aren't getting the option...I can has typing!1 -

ScottezlSoul ShrivenWorked for me last night in Grahtwood. 5800G to respec all skill points, and 800G to respec my morphs. If some people aren't seeing the morph option I guess it's a bug for some players.0

Anyways, in my case there was a workaround, please try it out yourself:
When you are in the dialog with the Srendarr shrine (our their equivalents in other fractions) try to press "2"
When i did this, the not shown, respec morphs only option was selected and it did what it should2 -
