Enchanting Question

So I made a Shield with Infusion +17% and I put a Health Enchantment on it which became +129 Health, a few days later I made a Rank 3 Helmet with Infusion +17% but when I put a Magicka Enhancment on it it only goes up to 84? Any reason for this

When I craft a Health Enchantment with Rekuta at V3-V5 it outputs +111 Health, But a Magicka one only does 74, why is this?

Do a search here, it's been discussed many, many, many times.

The actual effect of a glyph depends on the size of the armor piece it is applied to. Larger pieces of armor get the full glyph effect while smaller pieces only get a smaller percentage of the total glyph value.

In fact, in the enchanting dialog, if you select a glyph for a piece of armor and hover the mouse over the second icon (before hitting the OK button) it will tell you exactly how much of the glyph value the enchanted item will get.
    :)

Its because health = 1.5x magicka/stamina. Like with attribute stats. Thats basically the reason for the change. And then after that, big piece vs small piece also happens.
Banned for Naming and Shaming exploiters. Great ideology ZOS.

Stamina / Magicka glyphs compared to Health glyphs are 1:1: 1.5 (at the same levels and qualities).

Adding the glyph to a shield, chest piece, helm or leg piece provides 100% of the stam/magicka/health boost (plus add more if you are using the Infused trait).

Adding the same glyph to gloves, boots, belt or shoulder pieces only provides 40% of the boost.
V14 Templar Argonian Healer, V12 DK Orc Tank, V2 Sorcerer High Elf DPS, V1 Templar Breton DPS, V1 Nightblade Bosmer DPS, and 3 low levels.
