    Full medium = 21%
    Khajiit carnage = 6%
    Hundings rage = 8%
    Night mothers gaze = 8%
    Each assassination ability = 3%
Precise = (depends on quality, but use 3%)

On my bow build I don't use night mothers gaze, I use ashen grip, so I lose 4% crit. I have blur and reapers mark for 6% extra crit chance. If you want even more crit chance, use the thief stone, but I use shadow for higher crit damage.

If you are looking for awesome damage, go with dual wield rather than bow though, you get an extra precise and an extra 10% crit for using daggers.

A lot of players are running with Impen armor now so crit builds are not all they use to be. Although when you tag someone that doesn't have impen it is really noticeable.

Learn Alchemy and make the potions that give around +50 percentage point crit chance, +26 damage and restore about 556 instant and 556 more over 8 seconds. These numbers only works for nightblades because we have that potion buff passive in siphoning.

What the above players have said, pretty much. I use almost the same gear and setup as @Tigeracer, skipping the Khajit bonus. In veteran dungeons particularly, my single-target capabilities are fairly on par, especially since I'm usually out of the damage zone.
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

it's not +50% crit, it's +20% crit (26% for NB) for 10(13) seconds (nerfed from 30/36%). Good temporary buff, but not all that great as it has (at best) 43% uptime

Always get sneak hits, go ALL medium armor, as one of the passives gives critical chance. use precise on your bow, and use a set that gives weapon critical(I use nights silence) potions work too. there are many ways to do it.

You can't have Hunings Rage and Night Mother with both 8% Crit, cause you only have 8 Slots with Armor and Weapon.

I think best for max. Crit would be:
    21% Full medium Armor
    5% Bow Passive
    6% Khajit carnage
    8% Hundings Rage
    4% Night Mother Gaze
    10% Deadly Strike Set
4% Precise (Green Weapon VR12, higher with upgrade to blue, purple, yellow)

    58% overall Crit.

+3% more Cirt with every sloted Assassins Skill in your active Weapon Bar.

7 Medium and all the passives you can get, but in PVP it's not going to do much for you. (Although in PVE it will really help).

In PVP you're much better off with raw damage.

Look.... 8 slots with weapon means you can have 4 pieces of hundings and 4 pieces of night mothers. You get 4% from both of the 2pc sets and another 4% from each of the 4pc sets. 4+4=8, so before you try to correct me, do some simple mathematics.

You are right, didn't thought of 4/4 Sets, even if it still makes no sence. With 5 Hunding, 2 Night Mother and 3 Deadly Strike (Ring, Ring, Weapon) you will have way more Crit than with 4 Hunding and 4 Night Mother, besides with 5 Hundings you gain the 5 Set Bonus as well.

I use shadow cloak (shadowy disguise) morph as there is a 70% crit increase for the duration of the effect. apply the skill and then fire a venom arrow. rinse and repeat. I killed molag bal pretty quick with this technique. the associated invisibility helped a lot to as it causes most NPCs/bosses to just stall half the time.

This will eat up your magicka quickly however so it should be used in conjunction with the mages guild skill equilibrium (balance) morph. unfortunately this will sap your health so you'll need to mitigate that too. This can be achieved by using marked target (reapers mark) morph which will heal you 60% max health for each kill while increasing spell and weapon damage. The balance morph on equilibrium will increase your health recovery as well.

Maxing your shadow passives will give increased damage considering the invisibilty from shadowy disguise your attacking from stealth ~50% of the time and weaving light attacks the other 50%.

The fifth skill is really up to you, I tend to use scatter shot (draining shot) morph to knock back the few enemies that survive my initial attacks or strife (funnel health) morph to get additional healing when needed.

Obviously all the passives that improve crit as well as a good potion (increase weapon crit/increase dmg/restore magicka all in one) are handy. The thief boon too.

This build will consistently sustain a 100% crit chance

    Avoid Cyrodiil. Too much Impen.
Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.
