..as such I am looking for the worst Armor/Weapon/Class combo.

Terrible isn't bad enough I want soul crushing and broken.

    Ok...run around in your underwear beating things to death with your bare fists. Doing that might bring back the difficulty levels you experienced in the beta testing. I've played since the beta and I can tell you ESO has had some significant nerfs since then so don't expect it to be hard.

    No cheating with your build either. You better not buy an skills with skill points or equip a weapon. Remember you asked for this.

    I had some form of clothes and a weapon in mind, but, you know....Maybe.

    Soul crushing and broken?
    Nightblade Dualwield Medium Armor.

    Anything with Dualwield and medium armor is soul crushing.
    Waiting, and watching, for the return of Melee Weapons.

    Try werewolf. And use a twohanded axe for bleed damage. Many mobs are immune to that. The skill cleave/morph carve is an excellent ultimate builder and will allow for more time as werewolf.
