NightBlade Bug- Shadow- Manifestation of Terror

Once you morph Aspect of Terror into Manifestation of Terror it becomes a trap based aoe fear. I have used the skill with much success until the skill reached rank II, once the skill reaches any other rank other than I it doesn't fear enemies that walk over it anymore. I have even kept it in my skill slot and leveled it up to rank III and it is still not fearing anything that triggers it. This bug concerns me mostly because I don't expect a lot of people to use this skill so I feel like I must address this for the few that do use it. I was wondering if anyone out there can confirm this with me?

Brasseurfb16_ESO✭✭✭✭I was using that skill too until it ranked up and stop working like it should. To bad, because it used to very well with my bow skills.

✭Yeah I stopped using the trap version, I found people walking over it in PVP and not much happening. Also people seemed to walk around it like they knew it was there.0 -
dracobains_ESO✭✭✭if I am not mistaken, Immovable completely nullifies this ability and a large number of players cycle through immovable when they are engaged in combat. All those aoe zergs run Rapid Manuevers and Immovable so they are CC immune. The only thing I found fear useful for was against other NB ambushers or random gankers.IRONCLAD of Ebonheart Pact

The issue is not in PvP only, in PvE when your Manifestation of Terror goes up to rank II and more, it just stops fearing ennemies. Rank I of the skill works fine.
