Collectibles and Starter Island Fishing Achievements Fixed?

Are these achievements fixed or planned to be fixed before launch of update 3? I noticed they had dyes associated with them. I don't think collectibles being broken has ever been publicly acknowledged anywhere by ZeniMax and fished fixes and improvement haven't been mentioned since the few fixes list in update 1.

Sherrieg✭✭I am confused about collectibles - what and where are they? I look for all the skyshards with some success, but I have never found a collectible. I'm not sure I would know one of I saw it.0 -
TheFalcon19✭✭✭It was confirmed a while back that collectibles weren't in the game at that point.
Now that there are dyes associated with them I'd guess that they were added or they will be by the time update 3 goes live.
About fishing:
While I was doing the the Bleakrock pathfinder for that light blue dye, I caught an Inner Sea Scalyfin but the same issue persists,
rare fish won't go into your inventory when you loot them, so you can't get the starting island achievements.
However you can get the zone fishing achievements because you'll get the check mark even if you don't loot the fish.2 -

My bad the starter island achievements don't reward dyes. But it's still disappointing to see fishing hasn't been touch.
For the collectibles I've been under the assumption they were broken or missing since launch. However, I have never found anything official from ZeniMax saying they were broken, a planned featured no implemented, or otherwise.2 -

Gina recently replied to a post about fishing. It looks like they've acknowledged the problem and will fix it soon!

We may be playing different games....as I got all fishing done. May be you are going by old/outdated information?0
