Bolt Escape pre Morph, post 1.3

Is Bolt Escape broken for anyone else pre morph, and after this recent patch 1.3?

I hit the ability, my character does not bolt/teleport, and then shortly after I can not jump. It is if it locks my character up to some degree. No matter how many times I hit bolt escape, I never teleport, it goes through the animation, but does nothing...

I have same problems, sometimes I use BE and my char stuck, DON'T MOVE, need to re-log to back, and its happening a long time...

It doesn't have to do with any morph. Its the whole skill. I had it also before this patch a lot of times. Sometimes a bug appears where the magicka for the spell is drained, the animation appears, but the character just wont move. I already reported this 2 months ago. Relogging or using wayshrine seems to solve the problem sometimes. But ofc its very annoying if needed for an escape and when one hits the button for teleport 4 times in a row and nothing happens except all magicka is gone.

I had this problem pre-patch. Sometimes I would hit the button and it would do the start animation but I wouldn't go anywhere at all. Sometimes it would work about 2 or 3 minutes after I hit the button, so I would actually get teleported back because in that time I had already sprinted to the location...

I find a relog helps. (If you are in Cyrodiil, Alt + F4 so you don't have to queue again)
