Yes, indeed. I wanted to open a new thread for this, but this makes me angry every time. A lot of times I just start checking in the middle of the battle if I get that 20% crit bonus from mages light and lot of times I don't have it. The thing is: this skill is used mainly (!) for its crit bonus and about 50% of the time its not even working. I don't know if it got broken again with the new patch, but the last days I had to reactivate it for every battle about 4-8 times till it starts working.

About 2 months ago it was heavily bugged equally, then it seemed to work for a period of time an now it doesn't work properly again. It feels like the problem with the divine stones or divine traits on armour. Seems to break with most major patches.
