Igneous Shield not working properly.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the +30% healing for 6 seconds granted by igneous shield also affect mutagen?
It does not increase the normal tics of mutagen. In fact, in my testing it actually reduced the value of regular tics by 3
My average mutagen tic is 89. Igneous Shield should bump that to about 120. It doesn't. In fact, when using these skills in conjunction my average mutagen tic drops to 86. Can someone else verify this isn't working properly?

Vilixiti✭✭✭It seems to work reliably with blessing of restoration.
It definitely increases mutagen crits but not normal tics..Edited by Vilixiti on 6 August 2014 22:110
