Soul shatter doesn't work as stated.

I die a lot. Soul shatters description states it does 402 damage upon death to all nearby enemies. (not a percentage of deaths but upon death...always)
Either change the tool tip to accurately describe that it actually goes off 1/25 deaths..or please fix.

✭Its just dumb. I can stand at an FC and cast fragmented shield on literally everyone who rezzes and watch it go off from other players yet my OWN soul shatter doesn't explode when I die. I hope they fix it.1 -

yes that's exactly what I'm saying. I don't have a soul ability slotted and it goes off occasionally. I see it on my damage meter I see the animation.0 -
