Error 200/201?

Whenever I try to login to the game I receive an error code (200 or 201) saying "Login failed. Please try again." Any solutions to this?

So if youre using windows 7, unsure about windows 8, but the bottom right (unless you moved the taskbar) you will see your clock it will display both date and time, click it and at the bottom select change date and time, click that. and again a window will pop up, one of the tabs should be named internet, go to that tab and select change settings, basically all your doing is synchronizing your clock with internet time and synchronize it with time.nyst.gov which will be one of the servers in the dropdown box and select synchronize then try logging in again

I tried my VPN, i did have to change it to Canada, but it did allow me to get in.
