Does Bound Armor (daedric summoning) get eaten up by damage?

I just started using Bound Armor as part of an AOE build that I'm having fun with. But I'm noticing after fights that it's not active anymore. Does it get eaten up by damage? I don't see anything about that in the description and I'm certain I'm not toggling it off by accident.

stjobe✭✭If you switch weapons to a bar that doesn't have Bound Armor it will automatically disappear, I guess that might be what happens?0

ArRashid✭✭✭✭You have to use it on both ability bars if you want to have it up all the fight.
And I guess it may be turning off when you get loading screen, just like Magelight and other toggle skills0
