Flurry morph into Rapid Strikes bugged

Maybe this has been said before, but I couldn't find it.

When morphing flurry into Rapid Strikes, as soon as I hit an enemy and my hands turn "white" granting the bonus to attack speed, I actually notice my attack speed decreases instead.

I'm a lvl 37 NB with Rapid Strikes IV and it is very noticeable. It's really hurting my playstyle right now. As well, Rapid Strikes seems to only activate if you make the final hit, but that could be purposeful.

I REALLY hope this gets fixed in the next patch, because it's hurting my playstyle right now.

Flurry does bad damage compared to light and heavy attacks, don't use it.

Anyone can confirm if rapid strikes still slows down subsequent attacks or is it fixed now?

Alright if anyone else is wondering, I morphed back to rapid strikes this morning and now my attacks are much faster after using the skill instead of slower.

Seems like it is fixed now.

Alright again.. it worked for me for about a day and a half.

Now the attack speed is bugged again.

Unlike before it does not become slower, but the speed increase is not working (so it is not horrible anymore, it just gives me nothing for the Point I spent for morphing it). After I use rapid strikes the attack speed stays the same.

    I have bug reported this.

As a nightblade at least, it's better to just avoid the dual wield skills for your damage output. Rely on hidden blade more, and use the dual wield skills for utility and support. Whirlwind for AoE, sparks for the debuff, flying blade for the ranged snare, or blood craze for the heal. Flurry is bad in general.

As it is now you are absolutely correct. Only skill I now use from Dual wield tree is whirlwind, when I go in dungeons and need to do aoe damage. I WOULD use rapid strikes when soloing when doing single target damage, because the short time it worked it was Worth it in my opinion. I liked the extra speed on especially light attacks. More speed = more damage.

Since it is not working I just feel I have wasted a skill Point for nothing.
