I find my small scale PVP all day. Just look at what is being seiged and where the attacker's supply line keep port it. then wait between those to 2 points. There are skirmishes and ambushes all day long and every few minutes. This type of pvp is also alot more fun since it is not planned and you don't know what is coming.

During a Podcast yesterday it was mentioned Duels will likely be added once the Justice System is. The term used was likely so no guarantee though. Paul Sage mentioned ZoS was not against dueling, but that dueling requires a lot of rules (code) to be added to the game and the Justice System will have most of those rules built into it. Thus Dueling will likely be implemented at that time.

Ah, so that [snip] person is a known party crasher...it was pretty fun wiping his/her entire raid with 5 people the other night after they kept interrupting duels. xD

There are much more effective ways of AP farming lol.

I think what many forget is that duelists are not simply your average PvP player. A small group of seasoned vets make very short work of many inexperienced opponents.

Perhaps today's slaughter of those who wish to oppose the dueling guild reminded people of that.

But I do not say it is not possible for players to host smaller events inside current pvp contested area and would encourage such events as well.

No reason it HAS to be a 3 way battle.
We are here to play ESO, don't tell us to go play something else.
They don't have to balance around small scale, they just have to keep rewards low.
They already plan to implement small scale when justice arrives.

I play a NB very competitively, small scale will encourage new builds that work.

We do, and players grief them. We need constructed.

3-way is how the game is constructed, it is a matter about if anything to keep it genuine... and yet it would prevent just going on murder rampage against the other faction without getting a backstab from the third.

And planned seem to be like 3v3v3, they should keep it that way though, still they will probably run into forum wars.. especially about people crying that this class can do this and the one I am playing cannot thing, one thing is being a dreamer another is being a realist and looking into the current facts of the game.

Basically one would run into the same problems but much more difficult to solve the problems and that is mostly due to those several 1000 ways of how a character can work out.

And in the end... we would probably end getting a SWG-NGE scenario.
