NB Dark Cloak is still broken

I respecced to dark cloak, and it is still bugged.
In a pvp fight, when you pop it, a lot of the time you immediately pop back out. (And no, I am not sprinting. ) ie, it does not help you.
Perhaps it's the dot bug - as in, you lose stealth if your enemy is dotted - which is ridiculous, as one of the best openers with wd is ambush then blood craze. Either way, it's not doing what it should, which is provide an escape.
This is the signature nightblade ability, or one of them. Is this really so low on the zos agenda? After all this time and focus on nightblades, perhaps the most iconic nightblade skill still does not work. When will it be fixed?

It only works if i am one on one in PVE
Anything 2 or greater, I go stealth and it either doesn't work, I get knocked back or stunned or trapped, or I go stealth but I am hit like I am not stealthed
I dont PVP so I don't know how it is in Cyrodil, but I imagine its got a far worse effect,
I wish ESO would/could fix/prioritize this, as this ability is what makes an NB not just another DPS'er

I am sparing you my rant and all I say is: Yes it is. In PvP you need your skills to work reliably. With Dark Cloak you can't rely on that.Edited by GwaynLoki on 12 July 2014 10:040 -

Troponin✭✭✭I didn't even realize it was bugged. When I first started using it, I just thought "This skill sucks" and pulled it off my bar and never looked back. I couldn't tell what was breaking it, but it seemed like it breaks from everything. I could only use it on my opener, but beyond that, it's useless.0
