newbie questions about Werewolf and Vampire skills
Hi everyone! 
I think I am close to the areas where those abilities could be obtained through quests.
And after reading through the Werewolf and Vampire skills, I have some questions. Thanks for your help in advance!
It seems that the active WW abilities could only be activated after the WW ultimate is cast. If I choose to become a WW, then I would need to carry those WW actives even though they could only be used after casting the WW ultimate. Is this correct?
On the other hand, the vampire active abilities are available at all times? Is this also correct? Thanks!

WW abilities can only be used in ww form, however you will not need to place the skills on your bar. After transforming you receive a 3rd skillbar that includes your ww skills.
Vampires have access to their skills at all times.Caius

Cyrdemaceb17_ESO✭✭✭A side note. Werewolf transformation lasts 30 sec, max 40 sec. You can stretch it by devouring dead fresh killed humanoids. Currently it still has a timer for re-use, but they will remove it.
A single Devour gives around 17 seconds extra (when at 40 sec duration).0
