Well I could either go and siege with everyone else and most likely see everyone just heal and purify stuff off so im mostly just killing other siege weps, or I can go give a primary target for everyone to aim while im constantly ticking away at peoples health. Plus at this point with the constant impulses its more of trying tosee how long I can survive squads doing it

Death in this game (and most others) is a matter of resource management, to be used strategically overall.

Those I see who are too lazy to run back from rez, and hang back when the tide of battle is turning, are the true cowards. Unless of course there's no place to rez, and then it's bad, as I well know due to getting stuck outside of keeps and the like fairly often. In my defense, I'm a NB melee and we have the worst situational awareness once spells and such start going off, teleporting around. Teleporting to someone who decides at that moment it'd be fun to jump off the 3rd floor of a keep or off a cliff... then I just sneak around and sabotage stuff or create diversions.

But Warz is definitely straight-up suicidal. Respect.

Thanks to AD and EP for such a fun run on our scrolls last night (the unsuccessful time, I wasn't there for the successful ones or I'd probably be mad). Defending two keeps vs. mixed red/yellow definitely kept the otherwise generally dead nighttime (in my time zone) interesting, as opposed to the nights it's me vs. one lonely non-VR12 non-English-speaker at a keep, one ballista vs. one fire treb

Grats to Valnas, to the Guilds on Dawnbreaker working together and to the leadership and communication that Guild Decibel has brought. Staying up late to get something accomplished is insane determination and a lot of shots.

I've been to Chalman many times in our attempts to take emperor on Dawnbreaker. And yes, I've died there many times as well. How else do you think emperor is going to happen for AD while you are – as you say – defending the keeps we've already taken?

Its not meant to insult my own faction, but honestly I never see anything happen til our guys are on.

Example: Last week when we took three imperial ring keeps in about an hour, while the entire rest of the faction (about double our numbers) got repeatedly wiped at Fare. DC was putting up very heavy resistance, but for whatever reason we could get through them, but the reds at Fare were making the rest of yellow look soft.

I dunno, its not like the same 20 people can be on all day long and night too.

nah mate. if you wanna say that BDG is the only AD on dawnbreaker doing anything and every other one of the numerous guilds are just following you around, then that's your prerogative, but every blue and red in this thread knows you're talking *** and so do the other AD.

As an aside:

We EP know the score. We're not stupid. When an emp push is coming, that's what we stop. We know what your distractions are and what they're meant to do.

We're going to stop the emperor push, everything else is just foreplay. The way to do that is to beat it into the dirt.

Or are you trying to say that EP is just going to pick up and leave and hand emperor to us because of a deal you've made with them? Because I know there are EP on Dawnbreaker who won't go along with that.

Every single one of us in BDG teamspeak last night found it both amazing and hilarious that you kept running into the middle of a resource, spamming oils, somehow not dying instantly, and then dying spectacularly.

So I just logged in and checked out Dawnbreakers map.

Congrats to Valnas, however you guys made a serious error capping emp when you did. Most of AD is asleep including all of BDG. Youre on your own for quite a while. And red/blue looks positively pissed in this thread.

Anyone who has not lost a fight is living in a dreamland. Or perhaps this is just troll bait. As to DB, it is evolving and hopefully stays a good place to be. I have heard comments on other campaigns of abuses, exploits, bugs...using tactics to do with problems with the game and not great play or arranged AP farming collusion. Hopefully those do not come or stay here.
