FPS problem and ongoing subs

I saw another similar thread but it was closed and I could not comment even if a mod. said it got re-opened.
Anyways, I think it would be fair if you guys at ZoS gave to everyone at least 1 week coupons, to make up for the FPS issue. There are players that play this game solely for pvp, and for those 2-3 weeks the situation was pretty much unplayable.

That's a rabbit-hole they would be very careful to open, because then people would expect more and more when they have 'issues', even if they are issues others are not experiencing.1 -

zmanu✭✭✭The fps might be better than it has been for 2 weeks but it's still nowhere near acceptable levels.
In the beta I would get some 50 fps in large scale sieges with all the settings ramped up, nowadays it's hovering around 17 fps, it's borderline playable.
They should give some free game time, but I very much doubt they will.0 -
Infraction✭✭✭The problem is a lack of trust.
Most of the people that left do not have faith that Zenimax fixed it and this wont come up again in some future patch. Its going to take several patches of not creating bugs that make the game unplayable to get people to sub to the game. While some may be ok with paying for something they cant use most aren't. At some point it hits a point where you as a person are no longer willing to provide someone money for a service you cant use.
At this point Zenimax has a gap to bridge in trust with the people they lost. Kudos to them for finally being able to finally go outside the Monday patch day window to fix an issue that hindered the game for so many people. Unfortunately for some , they took way too long to show some urgency in something that made their service unusable for their users.0 -
Aeaeren✭✭✭I am re-subbing, they fix the FPS issue and as long as I can play without resorting to the nonsense of the last 2 weeks I will be fine. But yes the trust issue and them breaking things and not fixing them for a long time is beginning to wear thin.0
