New Player searching for a guild.

Hey all. I'm Robbie. I recently bought ESO (Downloading it as I write this) and I'm hoping to find a guild to join when I start up. I played during beta a bit and wasn't too impressed but I decided to bite the bullet and give it a shot after how much love I had for the Elder Scrolls series.
I'm a really active and enthusiastic player generally. Recently turned 20 and would prefer an 18+ guild as well, if possible. I usually do my best to research what I can before beginning a game but I'm having trouble finding resources to do so right now. Some experienced players to speak with would be great.
I'm mainly aiming for PvE until I get more comfortable with PvP and plan to head into it in depth once I get more experienced with the game. I've yet to decide what faction I'd like so I'm open in terms of what guild to join.
I'm primarily seeking 18+, Teamspeak required, active, and decent roster. (Think 100+)
Also I live on the East Coast, so primarily interested in US guilds rather than EU.
I'll be browsing the forums while this post is up and hopefully I can find a guild to join before I begin playing.

Hunting Blades is mostly an Oceanic Guild but we welcome people from across the world. We're an Aldmeri Dominion Guild on the NA Server and run weekly PVP and PVE activities and we enjoy helping each other out. If you're still looking for a guild, The New Reign is just getting started and looking for members! We plan to cover just about everything from PvE, PvP, and some RP sprinkled in. We have a ts3 and website, and an all around great group of people getting this thing started.

We taking people in for PvE, especially tanks! We were running AA 3 times a week before Wildstar killed us, our 3 main tanks we spent our resources on all left. We have enough people to raid, but finding a tank is rough. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE FOR PvE! Check us out!
