    One fellow, in another thread, was sent a copy of Zeni's Terms of Service when he suggested extra time to buy goodwill to them.

    I was told politely to go f myself, that other areas of the game functioned, and that I should have been playing those instead of my preferred PvP!?

    Top that off with repeated promises of incoming fixes "Monday"... and a couple failed hotfixes... and...

    <shrug>

    ..like I said, baffled.

    In ZOS' terms of service it states that they don't have to provide a functioning game.

    In Beta this game was awesome and the GMs were awesome. Now, we get attitude from GMs when requesting help and slower than crap turn a rounds on bug fixes.

    Thank god I can admire the beautiful light radiating off a lantern at the rate of 3 FPS now.

    ZOS has their head so far up their asses I'm amazed they can see the keyboard to post the patch notes, that never fix anything, every monday.

    Honestly....I wouldn't even use it. The FPS issue is just so horrible that I don't want to log on with my remaining purchased time (3 days left at the moment). I guess I'll see y'all in game X sometime in the future. Just....meh.

    I can't blame a single person cancelling subs over this. I don't try to convince anyone to stay. I'm just as angry and frustrated over the whole thing.

    Every person, as a consumer, has the right to stop paying the tab when there's no goods being delivered and I rate the FPS issue as failure to deliver service.

    Cancelling your account is the only logical decision.
