PERMA-CC & zero Magicka/Stamina bugs

Cyrodiil has become a perma-CC exploit fest. Sorry, but PvP is becoming unbearable.

And then, what's going on with suddenly losing ALL your Magicka and Stamina while being attacked?
I wasn't sure when I first saw it happen. Then eventually I saw it happen more often.
Is this the new trendy exploit now?

So even if you survive not being able to break CC for the whole duration, you won't be able to do anything because you lost all your Magicka and Stamina.

ZOS, these are game breaking exploits. Everybody and their mums are using them.
Hotfix already, please.

If your stamina and magicka goes to 0 together, it means you're dead, it's just a delay before your health goes to 0 as well.

The 0 Stamina 0 Magicka, is the WORST. To me it seems like the game is calculating your death prior to receiving the incoming damage.

The reason being is that, I've survived multiple times when this has happened( thanks to friendly shields placed on me) I then find myself with 0 resources, and unable to really participate in the fight.

That's what I though too. But I've had it enough times to know it's not a visual/lag issue, it's your magicka and stamina actually droping down for no reason, sometimes to half, sometimes more. I know because from time to time I manage to survive if I have a magicka/stamina pot out of cd, so if it was a visual/lag thing I wouldn't be able to do it.

I noticed this mag/stam issue for the first time last night too. And it's not a delay on your death because I lived through it plenty of times.
