Trying to list what I see as detrimental to AvA, at least in my opinion:
1. Current FPS issues are killing large-scale PvP. I seem to only notice it in large fights, with siege weaponry, near keeps.
2. Emperor swapping/farming. This needs to be stopped because its made a joke of a once valuable achievement. Everyone with this achievement + emperor achievement, should lose it, and start fresh.
3. Remove PvP buffs outside your home campaign.
4. Remove the ability to put Oil Pots all over. This should be a defense-only weapon with requirements similar to what mercs had, a maximum #, and you can't place them outside your controlled zones. Increase oil cost by a factorable amount.
5. Fix the ability to pull users up onto keeps.
6. Stop allowing alliance 1 to let alliance 2 take their keep so that two factions can emperor swap.
7. Start actually punishing people for exploiting.
8. Make guest campaigns have a 1 week lockout from moving.
9. Revisit class/skill balance on a PvP level. Right now AvA is basically resto/destro/dk/oil.
10. Revisit rewards for PvP. It seems odd to me that in a few hours you can get 15 bags of rewards. The alliances would all be broke at this point with the amount of loot they give out.
11. Revisit keep/siege guards. It makes NO sense that the guards on one wall of the keep are oblivious to the two huge breaches in the outer wall and the hundreds of enemies swarming over the postern. In dungeons you make all enemies aggro together, in theory, this needs to be optimized in PvP.
