slaves dont interact in to first fase and Cadwell do not spawning. my progression is blocked by this quest and support answered my issue was resolved (?!?!?)

I did fine I just find it Extremely difficult Later on fighting Mannimarco's summoned Undead soloing this quest at L241 -
Kensel✭Having a similar issue. None of the NPCs you are suppose to talk to that lead you to Cadwell are spawning. There aren't any enemy NPCs either. If you go straight to the room with Cadwell he isn't there.0
