✭✭I have been experiencing a very similar drop in frame rate; however, it goes from average 25-35 fps down as low as 3fps, which is quite unplayable. Prior to patch 1.2.3 , the worst I had seen was around 8-10fps.
Exiting the game and restarting sometimes fixes this temporarily, but as soon as there are lots of players nearby, it drops again. I have also tried setting ESO.exe as "high" priority in task manager, which did not seem to improve the frame rate.Edited by IcyDeadPeople on 25 June 2014 15:022 -

(first time i got that error mesg i was 'wtf? - i didn't even hit a single key' - i was semi-afk)
and yup - it makes wabba totally unplayable at times

Dont think i have ever had that message, ill keep an eye out for it though.
On another note...If you look at the chat in the top picture, some random person stating he's was at 4. Going in PvP and looking at the chat for a while, this seems to be all you see at the moment. It's almost unplayable unless you try stick to 1v1 or small scale pvpXbox EU - GT: o69 Woody 69o
