Silver shards broken?

This new patch seem to have made silver shards to proc like 50%. Just got killed 3 times in a row with silver shards, and every time only 1 or 2 shots and I was dead, and in zone chat I was not the only one. Every vampire was dying left and right. I'd like to see an urgent hot fix, because game is currently unplayable in it's current state.

This just makes me wonder if you even test any of your changes, since most of the time patches break more than they fix. And why the heck do you even make any kind of ninja changes to skills that are not mentioned in the patch notes?

Glad I'm not a vampire. 250 a hit isn't that bad compared to other ranged abilities currently.

One more reason that being a vamp... sucks.

Yes, I think the Proc is broken. I'll get crit'd by it at least once or twice in every 1vs1, and a lot more in group battle. When I use it against other players as well, it's Proc's way too much. It's nice and all to see that 1k+ dmg hit people a lot, but I know it's not supposed to be that way. If it goes on for too long, most people will have drop being Vamp, because you will get smoked way too much.
