Well, basically given the amount of vampires and werewolves around, this means that almost everybody will have this skill on their bar until the amount of vampires & werewolves is greatly reduced. I don't really think that one shotting enemies is ever healthy game mechanics no matter how low the chance is. Before it was all right as very few people used the skill and the chance was very low.
Also, this is not only a pvp issue. The skill works against all undead monsters as well, making some veteran dungeons, for example, incredibly easy.

ferzalrwb17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Vampires were nerfed back to simply a fun choice a while ago. I'm not that thrilled by the vamp line but I levelled WW and cured it and have recently taken up vamp for a try. Now I find I can't go out to pvp or I'll be one-shot as you can bet every cheat out there will be firing this non-stop. Every time a skill is bugged in pvp it's spammed relentlessly.
I guess you can also faceroll any dolmen and delve/dungeon involving daedra/undead now too. Yay. The solution for people like me is: don't slot it until it's fixed. But I know what I'll be seeing at every dolmen now. Terrific.0 -

Not when it's a one-button win against any undead/daedra. You may as well turn on godmode. It's currently working as a cheat-code. You either have to remove the skill, cheat or not play the game against undead/daedra at this point.

Just vampires. Currently the ability has NO EFFECT on a werewolf.

No actually I one hit 25+ vampires tonight, sometimes 3 at a time. The ability is broken and hitting for 2900 per hit, every time.

This is ridiculous. No ability should be hitting that hard. None.
No single ability, skill-tree, class should be one-shotting players like that.
Once again ZoS has shown that they are incapable of releasing a patch without breaking new things in the game. As usual,they fix one thing, but break two others.2 -
