I'm not sure if they're capable of creating matching loot tables. They'd probably turn all drops in Cyrodiil to VR12 by accident.

Still though essentially a good idea, I don't mind Cyrodiil getting some decent PVE content AS LONG AS it doesn't infringe on the PvP content like the mercenaries mania we've had a few weeks ago.
