I can access my guild store at any bank, I'm talking about guild stores of groups that have claimed keeps.

You can only access guild stores to guilds you belong to at the time. IN theory they will make it accesible to outsiders but have not yet established this therefore.

This announced feature never made it in.... :-(
It was highly advertised before Release in Interviews, but never implemented.
I made several postings on the PTS-Boards before release, never got a response .... it was silently dropped

That's absolutely ridiculous. Part of what made this approach to the auction house so enticing was that AvA and the performance of one's alliance directly affected the market.

The whole benefit of even claiming a keep is so that non-guildies should have the opportunity to browse your wares. Otherwise, it's a completely pointless endeavor with absolutely zero benefit.

We already know ZOS is implementing guild kiosks to the highest bidder, so they may have just dropped this idea permanently... That is very discouraging.

I was also disappointed I could not buy from guild store in Cyrodiil. It seemed obvious I should be able to buy just not sell.
