Clothing Hireling broken?

I'm having a problem with the chests returned by my clothing hireling. Some of the chests are completely empty, and the ones that are not have a racial stone, and MAYBE a refining item, but no raw materials.

All I can say is this isn't the bug reporting area so mentioning it here won't get it fixed for you.
You have to bug it in game or it'll be missed.
