And since they've moved on to the next server to break, they won't come back under the next cycle.
I was (am) all excited about having opposition and as one of your guys asked, we don't mind keep trading and emperor trading, as it gives some fun, but being blue walled...not so much. EP gets that on every other server other than wabbjack, its like...come on, really, give us a break.

When Ganked Again joined three weeks ago you all had DC pushed to the main base camps. Ganked Again joined and we had some great fights vs the VR10 guild that was out there. We logged on every evening with all our scrolls and keeps gone and we fought back until we either capped an emp or had to log for the night.
The last 4-5 days we log on and nothing or very little has been taken at all. We do not even see the VR10 guild any more. Basically your side has stopped playing.
I ask again what do you want us to do? We want a challenge. We want people to fight. Unfortunately very little AD ever come out to play. I think Monday was the first night in awhile where I saw more then 10 players from AD out and fighting.
Tuesday and Thursday seem to be the night with larger than normal amounts of DC due to two different guilds having guild PVP nights where they have all of their members come out and play.

But since release, DC has always been the underdog... and now it seems we control Goldbrand.

The issue is that there are too many servers. GB wasn't even one of the initially active servers, but tends to be more of a hideaway for casual pvpers and buff seekers. US players in general have a horrible habit of fleeing the server when the going gets tough, and it's likely your players have moved on to the next hideaway/easy buff server.

"If you don’t play on Goldbrand frequently, then just stop typing because you honestly have no clue what has been happening—ESPECIALLY if you aren’t even on DC. I am the guild leader of GA so I think I can speak with pretty solid credibility about the state of the campaign the past few weeks.
Number one, Goldbrand has been an awesome yet small campaign. Any talk of closing it is laughable and probably comes from a terribad who can only hack it amidst the massive zergs of AB/Bloodthorn/Wabba. Number two, EP absolutely dominated the campaign up until we showed up. The Crows did a fantastic job trying to hang on, but they were severely outmanned. Since we arrived with our 8-12, we’ve been able to coordinate and completely turn things around. If people can’t stand a challenge from a SMAL FORCE (read again: not a zerg) then just go play mahjong. I’m sorry if it was never expected that a new guild would show up and beat the tar out of EP who had grown used to using numbers or lazy game mechanics to win.
Three, we stopped PvPing at 9est last night. Once the inner ring was capped and we took the scrolls, it was pointless. Clearly no one could muster the strength to challenge our 12-man. Any excessive capping that was done was coordinated by other guild(s). I can’t lay the blame on x13 or the Crows, because I can’t say for sure what they did once we had to call it for lack of a challenge. Only they can speak to what they did or did not do last night.
I can tell you we have no desire to crush morale. We want good competition, fun fights and a constant cycle of Emperors. I’d rather have fun losing then be bored as heck winning."

So who decided that EP can't have a server (aside from wabbajack that reputedly is the only server now that has any EP presence)? I was really excited that DC had come into Goldbrand and decided to play with EP. But now, DC holds everything 24/7 and when we do take stuff back, they rally 400 people and take it all back, with or without defenders.
Was cool having a struggle with the even numbers of DC that had presented themselves, but now, they are swarming goldbrand and when I say swarm, they defend a keep with 50 people, even it only 4 are trying to take the keeps. HOME keeps, mind you. And not only do they defend, but they feel the need to exploit defense too...oil pots on the ground anyone?
And just say you're fed up of trying to take keeps or resources and decide to PvE out there...Nope, nuh-unh...they've decided every dungeon, skyshard and PvE quest belongs to them to and have multiudes of people spawn camping those as well.
Thanks DC. What was nice and fun and even flair has turned into the DC horde from Oblivion.
